"The View" co-host discussed Wednesday reports about Tiffany Trump getting snubbed during New York Fashion Week earlier this week.

Whoopi Goldberg would gladly sit next to Tiffany Trump at an event. "She doesn't want to talk about her dad".

Trump tweeted a reply to Goldberg, thanking her and saying she'd "love to" sit with her.

Now, designer Philipp Plein is speaking out. "I just thought it was mean".

Binkley adds: "No one was mentioning Trump or addressing the Trump family directly". He was "incredulous" that anyone would think it was okay to take out their hatred at Trump's daughter.

A group of fashion magazine editors, including Elle's Nikki Ogunnaike, were reported to have protested when they realized the seating arrangement.

Since Tiffany is the only one of Trump's adult children without a job in his administration, it seems even worse to some people that anti-Trump protesters would target her. Whoopi said. "And people say what is the difference between people boycotting Ivanka".

The HNC has said it wants to have a face-to-face meeting with the regime, something that did not happen last month in Astana . Head of the Syrian armed opposition delegation Mohammed Alloush was among the people who arrived in Astana early on Thursday.

Though NYFW was more political this year than Binkley has ever seen it, she says no designers mentioned the president or the Trump administration specifically in their shows. Poor Tiffany was left sitting all by herself. Plein himself also defended her.
